Global Signa is a French company specializing in building signage, supporting construction, architecture, and business professionals in the design, manufacturing, and installation of visual communication materials. Based in Toulouse, it offers customized solutions ranging from interior and exterior signage to technical signs and markings, with one objective: to guide, secure, and enhance spaces using durable and compliant systems.
The project
As part of its operations, Global Signa faced a recurring problem related to managing its product offerings: the diversity of products, often specific to each project or client, made creating quotes complex, time-consuming, and prone to errors. Teams had to contend with non-centralized catalogs, variable product configurations, and custom requests that were difficult to standardize. This situation limited sales responsiveness and could impact the consistency of proposals sent to clients. It therefore became necessary to have a tool capable of structuring products, centralizing data, and facilitating the creation of personalized quotes, while also adapting to the specific needs of the signage industry.
The solution
To address these challenges, we developed SignaBTP, a customized business tool that allows Global Signa to structure, centralize, and automate its entire sales process. Thanks to a dedicated administrator area, the company can now configure product catalogs tailored to its activities, create personalized offers, and easily onboard its teams. On the user side, the platform enables the rapid generation of customized quotes and the placement of orders in just a few clicks, while ensuring data consistency.
