Creation of a Showcase Website for Actiss Africa
The company
Actiss Africa is a strategic player in transition management and change leadership across Africa. With offices in Dakar, Abidjan and Paris, the company supports organizations in their transformation projects, adaptation to emerging markets and operational recovery efforts. Its mission is to deliver concrete solutions to complex challenges, whether it’s restructuring an organization, integrating an acquisition, managing a key executive departure or strengthening an entity’s governance. Actiss Africa combines on-the-ground expertise, local presence and a results-driven culture to guide businesses through their most critical challenges, with an approach that respects both people and professional standards.
The Problem
The Actiss Africa team asked us for a complete redesign of their showcase website, which no longer reflected the company’s image, ambitions or current positioning. The goal was not only to modernize Actiss Africa’s digital identity, but also to strengthen its presence in search engine results for strategic queries related to its core business. The website needed to become an effective communication tool — accessible, clear and optimized for contact generation.
The solution
We completely rethought Actiss Africa’s showcase website, focusing on message clarity, information accessibility and ease of contact. The interface was modernized to ensure smooth navigation, reinforce the brand’s credibility and highlight its international presence. To facilitate contact with prospects, we added multiple touchpoints, including an intelligent multi-choice form to pre-qualify requests. At the same time, we deployed a targeted SEO strategy from launch. The result: within just a few weeks, the site ranked first on Google for key queries like “transition management Africa,” giving Actiss Africa increased visibility and better-qualified lead generation.
